โI didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely.

โThis room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous.
Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. Most places take credit cards โ
"Hotels near by were too pricey but this ibis hotel was perfect for me.. it only took 7-10min away from the main station. Hotel has the brita water machine in the lobby, we enjoyed hot water, still water even sparkling water. Room was small nice and clean. We had a good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended this place. "
