“A lovely place to stay in Kanazawa. Comfortable and quiet with lovely staff. The only issue we had was communication on breakfast booking. We stayed for 3 nights but as hadn't pre booked could not have breakfast - even though we tried with the night before and 2 days in advance.”

“Very beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom machiya style house. The bedding is traditional Futon style bedding, which took some getting used to but after the second night it was beyond comfortable on the tatami mats in room. Bathroom is spacious and the garden is amazing for morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood not far from everywhere you’d want to go to in Kanazawa. I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse! Communication from the host was great as well!”

“This hotel was absolutely beautiful! From the beautiful entryway, the carved headboard, the sumptuous fabrics and tile choices, and all the bathroom amenities. The staff were totally accommodating and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. A lovely stay.”
