"I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Although I didn’t check in, I ultimately had to cancel my stay due to multiple issues — yet I was still charged, and my request for a refund was denied despite valid concerns. To begin with, the property did not match the photos presented on the website. The actual condition was far below expectations. The location was also inaccurately listed, which led to significant delays. The road leading to the property was in poor condition, and it took us over an hour to arrive due to misleading directions. Upon arrival, I waited over three hours for someone to provide the key, but no one showed up. Additionally, the listing falsely advertises that the property is seaside and has a private beach. In reality, it is neither located by the sea nor near a safe swimming area. The closest shoreline is not suitable for swimming, especially for children or inexperienced swimmers. Given the misrepresentation and poor customer service, I would not recommend booking this property. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience that I hope others can avoid."

"This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay"

"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "

"This hotel was stunning, with breathtaking views. My room featured a lovely balcony. The owner was incredibly accommodating; he welcomed us warmly upon our late check-in at 10 PM. I would definitely return."
