"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The staff there are friendly and always professional. The hotel itself is beautiful on the inside. My only concern was not being able to utilize the elevators because of the high volume of guests checking in at one time."

"The rooms are really nice, liked the design/decor. Obviously very small due to the style of the hotel, but plenty of space for two people for a short stay. There are limited facilities but there is a coffee machine and vending machine in reception with onigiri and noodles which we found very helpful when getting in late. The location is not that central, but it was convenient enough for where we were going."

The box‑bed setup feels private and well designed, and the bathrooms were consistently clean and well maintained."

"Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor. "

"The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. But the overall experience was really really disappointing- checked in to a sign saying the restaurant was closed but bar open still. But then they commented that this was in fact not correct and the bar was also closed. No nearby restaurants so ended up with a takeaway. The bathroom in the bedroom- well, the door didn’t shut properly, the soup dispenser said it was soap, and the door almost fell off its hinge every time it was opened. Kept us both awake all night as we couldn’t open the door without an awful noise waking the other one up. Coffee and tea facilities- no milk available, 2 mugs of different sizes. No spoons Good location for the arena though "
