Seemed nobody has used that room in ages. Bathroom was filthy, shower had black marks all around the edges. Tiles had water/ soap marks all over it. Just an unkept and dirty room that’s all. Only place I refused to shower. "

"Excellent hotel, in a fantastic location for exploring Utrecht. We found it to be very family friendly with games to play in the reception areas and we really enjoyed the tables canalside outside for eating/drinking. We felt safe, looked after and the hotel visually very cool. The breakfast options were 10/10 we will miss it! The evening restaurant food was fab with options for all tastes. Travelling as an Autism family we found the hotel to be super welcoming and inclusive."
