Pension géniale, on s’y sent comme à la maison! Cyrille est super agréable et donne plein de bons conseils pour visiter l’île Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et serions bien resté encore plus … nous y reviendrons sans hésiter si nous revenons un jour sur Raiatea

Excellent accueil de Cyrille ! Tout est très propre et bien entretenu, même si un peu vieillot. Les espaces communs et les chambres sont grands. Il y a une machine à laver le linge et de la lessive à disposition gratuitement. Le petit-déjeuner est à 1 800 francs pacifiques, un peu cher à première vue mais excellent, copieux (buffet à volonté) et varié (salade de fruits frais maison, gâteau à la banane maison...). La sortie kayak sur la rivière est très bien ! La pension est à 6 kilomètres au sud de Rangiroa. Avoir un véhicule est utile.

Super séjour dans un bungalow bien équipé. Au calme, chant des coqs le matin. Un vrai régal. Les vélos à disposition spartiates mais super pour balader du côté du centre ville. Bref un super moment.

Le personnel était agréable et serviable. La chambre spacieuse et propre ainsi que les parties communes. On a accès aux vélos et la machine à laver gratuitement. Je recommande sans hésiter la pension. Et sans oublier leur excursion du lagoon un plaisir, elle est vraiment à faire

There was Wi-Fi but it was not very fast in individual rooms. The kitchen was large and clean, with every pot, pan, plate, and spoon you could want. There was an electric kettle and some basic food supplies like ground coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. The free laundry machine worked well and there was plenty of space to hang up close to dry for free. The front desk offered wide variety of tours, and we took a half day walking tour to see the nearby three waterfalls, which was safe, and very enjoyable. There was room to put your own food in storage and in a large refrigerator. The property has a couple of dogs and a cat that were nice to pet. The staff was very helpful.

Nous avons été heureusement surpris par Les Trois Cascades, qui valorise bien l'exubérance de la nature qui caractérise Raïatea. En particulier, le cadre du bungalow Ora est magnifique et nous y avons été gratifié.e.s de chants d'oiseaux autrement plus harmonieux que les traditionnels chants des coqs polynésiens. Cerises sur le gâteau : tous les membres de l'équipe ont été adorables pendant notre trop court séjour et les petits déjeuners étaient plus que corrects.

The property was very interesting and comfortable. And the shared bathroom and shower was very clean and comfortable. And the rate was very good 👍. The staff was very nice and friendly. It felt like a retreat from city life to nature.

Je recommande vivement.

Excellent séjour passé à la pension Les 3 Cascades . Un lieu plein de charme propre et bien équipé. Des personnes disponibles et dévouées . Acceuil chaleureux de Cyril et Bruno très à l'écoute de tout le monde. Différentes activités sont proposées notamment l'incontournable excursion bleue avec Rani le guide. Bonne ambiance assurée.

the facilities such as the kitchen area, the refrigerator were great .the suggestions from Cirylle and Bruno were excellent too. only nobody came to pick us up at the airport as arranged .however it was solved.

On the website the amenities do not mention no A/C. We were booked in the Coco bungalow & provided a fan that blew air but was damaged & dangled from the base. The heat & humidity was unbearable so we found rooms elsewhere & left. CHECK FOR A/C before you book.

Close to the beautiful nature and waterfalls

It's a place close to the beautiful nature of Raiatea. It's very close to the hike to the 3 waterfalls, which. There are no marked trail, but we managed to find our way. Try to find your way there - it's well worth it! The bungalows are in a garden with lots of land crabs, chickens and roosters, and two kind dogs. There were also a lot of mosquito so bring your mosquito repellent and some coils to light on the terrace during the night. There are also a lot of small lizards living in the garden and around the bungalows, but they do no harm. Our bungalow had one room (with one double bed and one single bed), bathroom with shower and a outdoor kitchen under roof. We were three persons staying in this bungalow, but unfortunately there where only 1 mosquito net for the large bed, so our own travel mosquito net came well in hand. The bungalow had a fan, which we used together with open windows to do our best to cool of the bungalow for a nice sleep. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking, and the washing machine is great when you are out on a long travel. Pension les 3 cascade are not very close to restaurants, and not close to the only beach on Raiatea. We didn't have a car, but if you want to see more of Raiatea it's recommended to rent one. We didn't find the shore close to the accommodation nice for a swim. There are a supermarket 1,5 km away, was ok but pricy. The people having Pension les 3 cascade were very friendly and helpful.
