The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. "Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Amazing value for money. Not extremely close to downtown but very walkable. Laundry service was very convenient as it was free to use and has good machines. Only drawback is construction to the north on a nearby building began early (7am) and caused some disruptions to sleep. "
