Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a delightful stay, making us feel valued as guests. The room service was exceptional, catering to our needs promptly and with a genuine willingness to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The gym staff demonstrated a high level of expertise, making our fitness routine enjoyable. Their friendly encouragement and personalized assistance added a personal touch to the fitness experience. The dining staff, especially in the kitchen and room service, were outstanding. They not only prepared delicious meals but also took the time to understand and cater to our daughter's preferences. Their effort to introduce her to Indian cuisine and ensure she relished every bite was a heartwarming gesture. Panipuris were the best amd memorable. Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better from a Taj hotel

Checked in and checked out same day felt like I was at Motel6 in the states. Bathroom was run down and old and so was the room and the hallways seemed like nothing was ever updated. Save your self and stay at court yard Marriot which was a actual 5 star hotel

The location is good for my office but the property was undergoing renovation starting around 830 in the morning. This meant being woken up every day by drilling, hammering etc. I will find a new hotel and use a car service.

Courteous staff, very Taj.

Everything was good, except the property needs some refurbishment. Plus covid appropriate protocols were not followed at the restaurant for breakfast. Almost all guests were not wearing a mask, and no one was following social distancing.It was as if covid never existed.Maybe they need to open another space to handle larger crowds for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
