“This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. We hope to make this resort our place of stay during our annual visits to this area”

We stayed here to be close to visit the Bird Sanctuary. Walking around town was fascinating and lots of stores giving a glimpse into every day life of locals. ”

Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. “The hotel is not worth it they don’t have a proper Resturant the food menu is very very limited , No hot water in the washroom in two night and three days having a shower with hot water is a dream , the air conditioning is like it only worked for one day rest no AC you tell the staff though it was helpful but they could not get the AC dined we were a group and jade about 8 rooms booked all had similar issues , staff is good but the hotel is not worth ₹ 5,200 which I paid. Avoid this hotel. ”
