This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The 1 and 2-bedroom suites are so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed, bedding, furniture and all the amenities in the apartment make you feel right at home. It was immaculate. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool with its gorgeous views. The food at their restaurant was excellent. We were traveling from the US and didn't realize that this property is in an area best accessed by car. For anyone coming who is not going to rent a car, get a cab from Florence. The manager was wonderful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend vacationing here.

Absolutely wonderful location. Beautiful pools, private jacuzzi tub, great restaurant, and well maintained grounds. They also have an organic farm and game preserve which supplies their dining program. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine. They called and reserved a taxi at the time of our check in for when we departed (the driver was also incredibly kind). The restaurant staff was kind and helpful at dinner and their continental breakfast exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone.
