“The location of this hotel is great and very easy to get to by the metro. The price was also okay, but you get what you pay for. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. It was very dusty, and there was mold in the bathroom. It was just too dirty to enjoy. Give this place a miss unless you only care about the location.”

“We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care. It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi. On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together.”

“The clean was ok , but there was a lot of ants . We could not leave any food outside of fridge”

“Outdated and noisy, these flats have zero soundproofing so your day starts at 8 am when cleaners start cleaning other rooms whether you want it or not ”

However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased. his happened on multiple occasions...
