"Great location and decent sized rooms in comparison with some other places I have stayed in Val D'Isere in previous years. A big negative though was noise... the walls between rooms have very little soundproofing meaning that noisy neighbours make their presence felt! In our case a large group who liked to party at 2.30 am meant we got very little sleep. The hotel did its best in trying the get the other guests to show consideration, but to little effect."

"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"I have never really written reviews for properties on Expedia previously. This is the first one. I stayed in this place in Aug 2022 while on TMB.
