"The bed was very comfortable, and the room (715) was very quiet. I got a really good night's sleep. One minor item needs attention. The shower sprayer retaining handle was broken, such that the shower sprayer would not remain in the high position. It's a fairly minor fix."

"This was a horrible establishment with terrible customer service. The hot water did not work in the room so I had to switch rooms. The next room ac was broken and dirty. Found bugs over the stay. The customer service was no better, the complete staff are over barring and you do not have privacy. ..."
