모든 것이 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고 호텔 컨디션도 생각보다 훨씬 괜찮았습니다. 역에서 정말정말 가까워요. 상점이 몰려있는곳과 거리가 조금 있어 조용하고 좋았습니다.

체르마트역에서 매우 가까워 위치좋고, 청소상태 침구의 쾌적함도 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 호텔내의 레스토랑의 음식이 훌륭하고 스텝들의 서비스도 친절하고 매우 좋았습니다

정말 좋았어요!!
호텔이 정말 깨끗하고 체르마트역 바로 옆이라서 찾기도 쉽고 객실 슬리퍼도 구비되어 있었어요~ 조식도 훌륭했고 과일종류도 많고 맛있었어요!!

마운틴뷰가 정말 마테호른이 보이는 방이며 일출까지 감상할 수 있으며 추운 지역에서 사우나까지 할 수 있다니 정말 메리트 있는 호텔이다

최고의 위치, 친절한 스탭과 맛있는 아침식사로 완벽한 호텔..
스탭분들 모두가 친절합니다. 아침식사때 커피를 엎질렀는데 스탭분께서 친절하게 대응해주셨어요~ 그리고 아침 일찍 도착했는데도 체크인을 도와주셔서 알찬 하루를 보냈습니다. 체르마트 역과도 너무 가깝고 고르고너트 기차와 스키 렌탈샵 쿱 등 필요한 모든 곳이 5분 거리에 있었어요.. 전 스키 타러 체르마트에 다시 올 예정이며 반드시 여기서 다시 묵을거에요..

마테호른뷰였는데 발코니에서 잘보여서 계속 보고있었네요 방크기도 괜찮고 깨끗했어요 아쉬운건 커피포트가 없는것... 기차역에서 5분정도거리? 가깝고 찾기쉬워요

I had a wonderful stay. This hotel is conventionally located right next to trains, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is very accommodating as well. I would stay here again.

Great location and the 2 Bedroom Suite was comfortable. Unfortunately after we checked out, my father tripped over an inconspicuous metal door stopper just outside the hotel's main entrance. The stopper, though in the middle, was not easily noticeable, causing his left shoe to become trapped, resulting in a fall. He sustained injuries to his chin, forehead, and chest, and his spectacles were damaged when his face hit the ground. While a male staff member at the reception initially provided some assistance, the overall response from the staff was lacking in empathy and concern. Despite his injuries and our distress, they appeared indifferent and quickly resumed their duties on their monitors (Note: there were no other guests nor phone calls that the two staff at the reception attended to during this time), without offering further assistance or expressing empathy. When we sought help in in booking a taxi to the station following the incident, the staff's demeanour remained unfriendly and the quoted price differed from what the driver demanded upon arrival - 18 CHF. Staff did not provide any additional support. Regrettably, my father's chest injury persists to this day, causing him pain whenever he exerts his lungs even slightly. This unfortunate incident has undoubtedly overshadowed our impression of the hotel and highlights the importance of prioritising the safety and well-being of guests, and of compassionate customer service, especially during times of need.

Great location in central Zermatt and close to transport. Friendly helpful staff. Ski rentals available in the hotel with really helpful staff and storage for equipment. Very handy for the main train station when you have an early start back to the airport.

Pros: convenient location to train station, quiet rooms, cleaners were lovely. Good shower pressure and temperature. Cons: breakfast room in windowless basement with no variety in the limited breakfast offering. Not what I would expect from 4*. Limited storage space in bedrooms and no hooks for coats/ski wear. Path from street to reception down a slippery slope. For the price paid it didn’t feel like good value at all.

Very modern rooms with thoughtful and functional design. Proximity to the train station was definitely a bonus! Also close to the ski bus and ski train.

Hôtel calme proche de la gare, jolie chambre, propre et spacieuse. Salle de bain un peu petite. Personnel agréable et toujours prêt à aider. Piscine sauna et jacuzzi à disposition mais beaucoup de monde surtout des enfants donc pas vraiment reposant. Les transats devraient être changés pas dignes d un 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner complet avec buffet à choix. Attention aux dames de chambre qui toquent et entrent dans la chambre à 8h40 lorsque nous dormons encore ! Bon rapport qualité prix à conseiller

Gute Lage: idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch des Gornergrats. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war alles in Ordnung. Alles in allem hätten wir uns für 4 Sterne dennoch etwas mehr erwartet (Pflegeprodukte, Bademantel, Frühstück).

This hotel is a quick walk from the train station. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was similar to an American breakfast buffet. I will stay here again.
