The staff are 6 stars! From reception to housekeeping, the bar staff and the waiters and waitresses, they are all absolutely wonderful, polite and friendly. I like the hotel, great location with a lovely beach a two minute walk away. The hotel looked really nice, they made a big effort with the Christmas decorations, very festive. New Year’s Eve in the hotel was excellent too. My only gripe is that I didn’t find the bed very comfortable. The room was nice and in good condition though. One other thing, I paid for two double bedrooms for four people even though there was only two of us, I was still charged for my tiny dog (£165) thought that was a bit mean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff couldn't do enough to help. Very convenient for the bus stop to St Peter Port. Food was great, particularly the evening meals. Very close to the sea, and I would have made more of the pool if the weather had been a bit more favourable!

Great Time at The Peninsula !!! 😎

We had a lovely 5 day break at The Peninsula Hotel! The Staff were wonderful so friendly ! Nothing was too much trouble ! We have a lot of family in Guernsey , so next time we stay it will definitely be The Peninsula ! One thing that would make it even better! New mattress on beds !!!!

The Peninsula Hotel is in a wonderful peaceful location. The staff are so friendly and helpful - they are all amazing. The dining is wonderful; I love the atmosphere in the gorgeous dining room.

One night in Guernsey tracing family history.

We stayed 1 night and were very well treated. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Room was clean and fresh with a large comfortable bed. We dined in at the hotel's restaurant where we had a truly superb meal, beautifully cooked and presented. Would reccomend for the food alone. We hope to come again for longer!

Good quiet room in a good location.

Lovely quiet room which was a good size. Very friendly welcome and all staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely pool but limited sun beds but within a couple of minutes walk to a beach. Had a good value meal in the evening. The bed was too firm for us which impacted on our sleep. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which made both rooms feel small. No aircon and being on the ground floor with the access to car park outside the room we couldn’t leave the windows open overnight.

Really nice hotel in a wonderful location. While some areas could do with a bit of a spruce up, nothing can detract from the amazing staff. Cheerful helpful friendly they are fantastic. Breakfast is good, restaurant very nice food too

Pleasant comfortable simply furnished room, public areas decor in a rustic, seaside, nautical tone. I didn't experience any meals other than breakfast which had a good selection and choice. Overall at £105 per night I felt it was good value

The staff was friendly and the food was average. The rooms did not have enough towels, we found a few massive spiders in our bed, our showers were ice cold, the telephone in the room did not work, the tv is about 15", and it's the first hotel that I'vr had to use an actual key to open our door - felt like we were back in the 70s.
