Mattress was old and not comfortable. Sheets were not soft, felt like paper. Nothing to drink with (no glasses, cups, paper cups, nothing). Shower head, very fancy, but not designed correctly, rain shower heads are for top down, not wall mounted, not enough water pressure. Coffee maker barely worked, didn't stay on to keep coffee warm. WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Comfy bed and a BEAUTIFUL tub. I reserved here specifically to have a nice bath and I wasn’t disappointed

I’m big on beds and the bed was okay. The bath however was wonderful!!!! Especially after 7 hours of driving. My doggo and I loved staying here. Perfect for the price, even though my sleep wasn’t the greatest (back problems).

Property is right on the highway and food and gas station is just across the hotel. Rooms are in good shape but the only thing which i didnt like was that the mattress was too noisy to sleep on.

Quiet, a view, easy access off highway. Older structure, but bathrooms updated beautifully with a 5' shower & glass door. It appears they are updating as time goes on. Missing glasses in poorly set-up kitchenette. However they did bring some after I inquired. Clean and warm. Could of used another pillow.

This property is old. Room is 1960 style. Not upgraded except bathroom. For the price there's better choices.

Rustikales und altes, aber renoviertes Motelzimmer mit allem, was man braucht, gute Matratzen und sauber, keine Badewanne, aber super Dusche. Autostraße und Bahntrasse sind zu hören. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise durchaus zu empfehlen.

I would like to start with the point that I was already very confused when I was booking this one but since I had no option left, I went ahead as per existing reviews. In the confirmation email it was clearly mentioned that I can check in before 11 pm and when I arrived at property at 9 pm, no one was there. There was no contact number left. I contacted Expedia and somehow the staff arrived and I got the keys 30 mins after. When I asked about it, staff was not at all welcoming or even apologetic that they had me waiting from last 30 mins at night. The only good thing about the room was renovated bathrooms, other than that, I would not even give 1 star. It’s on the highway so lot of noise. I am very disappointed that Expedia has this property listed as I always trusted Expedia for its due diligence while listing any property on the website.

The bathroom was very nice, and very modern. But the bed was super hard. As well we had trouble unlocking the door because the knob was actually broken.

The walls are not insulated for noise. we had neighbors and we could hear every word they said. Also the electricity for the microwave and coffee maker were not working. Plus the internet connection was very poor. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Watch out for Expedia site!! The dates came up wrong on the site it was supposed to be tomorrow but it switched it self to Sept 2nd 😵😵 Expedia won’t help very disappointed in Expedia 😡 The hotel changed it for us they were very helpful!!! The bed was firm but clean lots trains go by but that is anywhere in Valemount you will hear them!

Unfortunately the hotels in Clearwater are overcharging because the pipeline is nearby and workers need a place to stay. This one had brown water coming from the shower and tap and i was paying
