Overall a very good stay!! Iā€™m pretty sure our bed had lice in it - woke up to a few bumps up my arm and found lice in my hair a couple days afterwards. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was well heated.

A/C was good. Bed comfortable. Was in ADA room which was quite large for European room. Small fridge was handy. Breakfast was average but staff was very attentive and friendly. Room facing street def loud till rather late

Very welcoming host when we arrived. Hotel room was noisy as we were at the front of the hotel but this did not bother us. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located in a very good part of the city.

Nicely situated to local features; modern design of the renovation; a few minor Customer Service issues, which were sorted during our stay. Overall, the hotel allowed us to enjoy all the local features of Valencia, in comfort.

Good location

The hotel is in a lovely area and just 10 minutes from the touristy area. I loved the boutiques down the street. Also, the desk welcome was extremely efficient and help!

Great place to stay in Valencia

Very friendly hotel in great location in the centre of the old town close to main square. The lovely receptionist Elisa gave us great advice for exploring on arrival for our long weekend break. Wacky, fun and very spacious themed rooms, air con and coffee machine plus small fridge in room Rituals shower, hair, hand body lotion provided. Very large comfy bed and although our bedroom with balcony looked over the main street it was very quiet at night. We would book again.

Brilliant location

Hotel location is brilliant, rooms were fine, however being right in the centre of course there was a lot of noise at night particularly at the back of the hotel where there is some form of hall, plus a house being refurbished. For me the bed and pillows were too soft but thatā€™s a personal thing. Breakfast was really good. The real downside was aircon locked at 22 degrees minimum and being off season not on, although it could be put on it warmed to 22 (probably my lack of expertise) and because of the noise we were unable to open the windows

Good location

Decent buffet breakfast but the breakfast hall is a bit tiny, helpful and friendly staff, room was clean and bed comfy, could get hot water from ground floor breakfast hall when needed, no kettle or cups provided in the room but there was a small fridge, no slippers and no wardrobes for your clothings and belongings but a safe and hanging rack with hangers provided. And the best part was the location, 5 min walk to the Valencia Cathedral and the nearest metro only 5 min walk. All in all a good hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Location: perfect, 2 mins walking from placa de la reina. Employees: amazing ppl! Everybody super nice and kind. Rooms: bigger than what it looks on the picture, bed very comfortable, possibilitu to open the window. To improve: ventilation in the rooms (bathroom smells like humid as the ventilation is not powerfull enough) and breakfast (more fresh products would be nice. Overall highly recommended for 2/3 nights in valencia.
