Really lovely stay here. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. This hotel has everything-convenient for walking round Valencia, comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms and the breakfast was very nice. Thoroughly recommend staying here and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia.

Great stay

Check in experience was great, very friendly and well explained. The room was cosy with a generous bathroom through a secret stair. Nice and clean. Restored historical building and just next to the Cebresl market. Overall excellent

This 19th century property has been beautifully updated and has loads of character! The staff were amazing and very helpful! The breakfast was a quality, delicious continental breakfast. The parking was not super easy but it is just outside the front doors to the hotel and the staff are super helpful to walk you through the process... special thanks to Chris & Meri (the best parking guides).

Lots of noise from next door building til midnight on my first night. Sounds of plumbing from other rooms. V little sleep. No immediate solution offered by staff and I could not face another night there without knowing there would be improvement. Changed hotel as v important for me to be able to sleep and relax. Management refused to consider a refund so I’m seriously out of pocket. The hotel IS in a good central position. However so are other hotels which manage soundproofing properly.

Rooms very clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was lovely. We did have a challenge finding location. It is a restored building - many areas are smaller and some steps beyond elevator which barely held 2 of us (both seniors). Beautiful restoration. Convenient to many restaurants & shops.

This charming hotel is located right in the heart of old town which is the most walkable part of the city filled to the brim with shops and markets and restaurants. It’s a beautiful manor-converted hotel with each room being uniquely designed. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. Not easy to park and cars can’t be within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Old Town Valencia is nearly car-free with a couple of exceptions for avenues with taxis and buses. Its worth the walk!

La stanza non e' stata rifatta il primo giorno ed e' mancata pure l'acqua calda per ben due volte nell'arco delle tre notti. Ci hanno proposto una camera improponibile, con ingresso direttamente nel bagno e camera da letto angusta e sopra delle ripide scale. Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale. NON PUO' STARE COME HOTEL 4 STELLE NELLA LISTA DA VOI PROPOSTA. Se rimane in lista non usufruiro' piu' dei vostri servizi

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum! Sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Frühstück, jedoch war alles (Wurst, Speck, Käse, ...) immer sehr rasch aufgebraucht. Verbesserungsbedarf beim Wiederauffüllen der Speisen.
