⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Valencia! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Valencia. The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent! The hotel’s atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia — it’s a perfect choice for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

When we arrived we were unable to check in at the time, even though it was after 2pm. We were told to wait but not told how long to wait for. Room was OK but bathroom was unclean, black mold around the shower and no tissues in the dispenser. We have stayed before 2 years ago and had a much better experience but it seems to be going downhill unfortunately.

Problemas com limpeza e ar-condicionado

O ar condicionado do quarto era muito fraco. Acordei a noite suando e o ar condicionado no máximo. Reclamamos com a recepção e disseram que a equipe de manutenção verificou o ar e disse que estava tudo certo. Limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Debaixo da cama estava MUITO empoeirado. O chão parecia que estava melecado e grudento. Os vidros do quarto estavam sujos. No banheiro, os potes de shampoo e sabonete líquidos estavam pregados com uma fita e cairam enquanto estávamos tomando banho. Perigoso cair no pé e machucar. Certamente, não foi uma boa experiência.

Situated close to the metro station which takes less than 15mins to the centre. Hotel is clean but basic. No kettle in room, and they charge for Nespresso in the lobby. Pool is ok, but no view.

The location of the hotel was great. 2 minutes away from a metro station. In a quiet area if preferred not to stay in the city center. By metro the city center is 5-10 mins away. Restaurants were also quite close. The room was very spacious and clean with all amenities

Sono rimasta favorevolmente colpita dalla pulizia e dalla reception. Al contrario ritengo il servizio della ristorazione e del bar molto scadente e lento, probabilmente per mancanza di personale. E’ inaccettabile che all’ingresso del breakfast ci sia la stessa persona che controlla gli ingressi e contemporaneamente vada a fare la pulizia dei tavoli per liberare i posti, mentre le altre persone restano in fila in attesa . Dovrebbe esserci un addetto alle prenotazioni e un cameriere che si occupa della pulizia della sala. Inoltre il servizio bar e’ molto lento . Spesso l’addetto al bar doveva andare a reperire l’occorrente in cucina mentre altri clienti aspettano a lungo . Infine : la struttura è valida per famiglie con bambini, ma non essendo al centro della città risulta poco funzionale per i giovani o per chi desidera una vacanza con le attrazioni i e la movida serale poiché bisogna prendere o il taxi o la metro (che però chiude alle 11,30 dunque volendo fare vita serale, si è costretti a prendere il taxi). La pulizia dell’hotel è buona . La colazione abbastanza completa, ma non eccellente, soprattutto per mancanza di varietà dei cibi proposti . Per esempio mancava il salmone, le insalate, il caffè e’ imbevibile e in tutta la struttura manca l’acqua frizzante. Quanto alla piscina, credo sia troppo piccola per le dimensioni dell’hotel e poco fornita di lettini . Nel complesso si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle solo nella carta. Ce ne sono davvero di migliori.
