I arrived around 630 and was greeeted by a lovely host who knew who i was and already had my key and paperwork ready to go. What service ! Cute hotel. Good location. Great staff. Breakfast was very nice. Lots to choose from. Room was small but perfect for my one night stay.

Good hotel in the city centre of Valencia

I stayed at this hotel for one night because I was visiting a friend in Valencia and I was very very happy with my stay! The hotel is very well located in the centre of Valencia and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The service is very friendly and always helped me. I had also booked breakfast, which I was also very happy with. The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. A very successful stay and absolutely recommendable!

The property is nice. The room is bigger than expected, looks newly renovated. However, we can smell cigarette smoke in our room and also a weird smell in the lobby and on the hallway. My wife and I did not make it a big deal. Breakfast was basic continental option. The best thing about this hotel is the location being very close to a lot of dining options and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay in Old Town Valencia

The big advantage of the hotel is its location. Near the key spots in Valencia. You can ride the bus of you want to but it takes longer. Itā€™s apparently a 3-star hotel but some aspects need improvement. Phone was not working after my 3 days stay they were not able to fix it. You could hear other people from the other room but it was fine with me. I was able to sleep after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good though nothing grand. I might book again if price is cheaper compared to the service.

Nice hotel, well decorated, comfy bed and pleasant staff. Good location in Valencia, close to main station, lots of attractions and nice restaurants. However, the room I had was poorly soundproofed and I could hear everything in the corridor - not normally an issue for me but others on my floor liked to shout and slam doors at 1am.

I had a single small room, and as is usual with some accommodation in such a hotel, there was no view beyond the building's void, which appeared to be shared with a neighbouring property. Although there was an amount of banging and clattering seemingly coming from this area during the day, such noise ceased at night time and didn't present an issue. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the shower worked well. It was good to have a fridge not stocked with over priced mini bar items, but free for one's own use. It would have been nice to have had more than three coat hangers. Minor quibbles aside, this was an excellent choice of accommodation, which is well situated, very handy for the city centre sights, and also with quick and easy access to the metro and bus services. The breakfast buffet was an absolute treat, with varied and good quality food and drinks, and I liked that decent items at reasonable price could be bought from the reception area at all times. The reception and other staff in this hotel were at all times helpful, and very welcoming, and given the overall value for money on offer I felt the hotel deserving of an excellent rating.
