The walls of this room were paper thin. I could follow neighbor's conversation, while they were talking quite softly. When they showered, it was like my bed was in their bathroom. I don't know if this was specific for this room, but definitely not up to 4* standards. Otherwise room, shower, breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately did have a very good night sleep because of the noise.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was so much variety and there were little signs with traditional food of the area and their history. The coffee machines where great and speedy, and the staff kept the area well stocked and cleared dishes quickly. The room we stayed in was super clean and spacious, the showers had amazing water pressure and temperature. The beds were so comfortable and the AC kept us cool and fresh.

Clean, newly refurbished room. Great shower. Traditional Spanish breakfast buffet. Expansive and delicious. Breakfast sausage on Saturday was nice. During the week they served the world's worst ever hotdog. Awful. What a pity. Very nice yoghurt bar, juice offerings. All in all, our favorite breakfast buffet ever.

Very good stay. Room spacious with a view. Travelled by car and the hotel was easy to find with a public parking garage right next to the hotel. Good cycling options around the hotel so easy to ride to the beaches through the lovely park.

The hotel looked clean and appealing upon entrance, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. They are in the middle of upgrading all their rooms, but did not hear anything to do with construction. The room was clean and spacious albeit the furniture and counters were very worn. Around the outside of the hotel towards the bus station there were lots of homeless hanging around. And the area was very dirty.

The gym left a bit to be desired, but was ok. The pool was nice, and the terrrace bar/restaurant was great. Pretty good breakfast as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The NH is a fair hotel with a good location. The historic part of València you reach within a 20 minutes walk or by public transportation. 4 to 5 stars.

Great location, clean rooms but a bit outdated.

Nice hotel in centre of Valencia. The room was ok and clean, a little bit outdated. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of fresh products. Very close to the hotel is a big mall with shops and restaurants and a bus station. The metro is also close to the mall. The hotel does not have its own garage but you can park your call in a public garage underneath the hotel. Unfortunately the discount card for the parking garage we got from the hotel did not work.

Lovely stay

Really lovely stay. Hotel slightly dated but clean. Staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Pool was small and cold but perfect at the end of the day to cool down after a lot of walking. Lovely roof top terrace overlooking the city. Location is great - near to the bus station and the metro. Turia park across the road. 15 minute walk into the city centre.
