There wasn't a lundry mashine in a room but you can use a coin lundry near the lobby. There is a Carrefu near the hotel.

This was such a fun and easy place to stay! The staff were extremely friendly, and happy to talk in English or help me work on my Spanish :) The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The apartment was perfect - clean, quiet, spacious, etc. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great value stay with genuinely amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Restaurant was brilliant for both breakfast and dinner. If I return to Valencia I will definitely stay there again.

Situado a un paso de la Ciudad de las Artes. Buenos apartamentos para la familia con cocina muy equipada y parking directo a la planta. Personal muy amable y copa de bienvenida en el bar del hotel, también muy agradable para tomar una copa.

Ola de calor y aire acondicionado no funciona
Al llegar nos han dado un apartamento y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Baje a recepción y me dijo la chica que tardaría unos 15 minutos a que enfriara el apartamento. Salimos a cenar y a la vuelta seguía sin refrescar (1:30h después). Con la ola de calor, pues no fue muy agradable. Vuelvo a bajar a recepción y sube el chico que estaba en ese momento, lo puso el y algo de aire salia, pero no lo suficiente para enfriar el ambiente. Pasamos una mala noche, casi sin dormir por el calor. A la mañana siguiente se lo dijimos al encargado y quedo en llamarme para ver como nos podría compensar, pero no lo hizo y creo que no lo hará nunca. Pasamos una mala noche y sin poder descansar.

Excelente. Un apartamento espacioso y limpio, tiene una cocina completa y un buen restaurante. La recepción también es fenomenal. Está al lado de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, y también de un centro comercial y un par de supermercados, y hay muy cerca paradas de autobus para ir al centro o a la playa. De hecho, el centro tampoco está tan lejos, nosotros varias veces volvimos al hotel dando un paseo.

Utrolig hyggelig betjening som snakket Godt engelsk og var Veldig hjelp som - Veldig god frokost og fikk til og med gratis drink ved Ankomst- god senger - rommet er basic men har alt du trenger - vi bodde der en helg og det var perfect - parkering i garasjen var et stort pluss / dette ligger Veldig sentralt og nært science museum som er Veldig fint område med fin park og mange ting og se - vi kommer hit neste gang vi reiser til valencia

My family and I really enjoyed the hybrid hotel/apartment model of Valencia Flats. The location was fantastic for our visit to Oceanographic, and it’s a short walk to Gulliver park which blew my kids’ minds. It’s easy to hop on the bus and take it into the old city. The people at reception were very helpful and took the time to draw us out a map of the area. There is an awesome bakery behind the building for a quick breakfast if you don’t want to use the Elbar cafe that’s attached to VF. There are also plenty of super markets and pharmacies nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

Enplacement excellent, personnels à l’écoute.
Nous avons l’habitude depuis plusieurs années de séjourner dans cette établissement mais nous avons hélas constaté une dégradation notamment la propreté de la salle de bain ou nous avons eu le droit à des odeurs désagréable. Aussi, de forte odeurs de peinture dans les chambres ont était constatés ,je pense que les chambres ont était peinte récemment…c’était aussi désagréable.

Accueil très sympathique, en Français. La personne nous a bien renseigné sur les moyens de transport et les principaux lieux à visiter. Bon petit déjeuner continental. Appartement simple mais très bien pour un wek-end, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine. Nous avons apprécié les boissons fraiches dans le réfrigérateur. Attention délicate. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les bons cocktail de bienvenue car nous ne savions pas que c'était une boisson en particulier. Dommage
