Cheap and cheerful. Lovely staff, however, the room was tiny and there was no ventilation. One window with no vents or the ability to open or close it. The room smelt stale and the bathroom musty.

L'hôtel se trouve dan un grand parking avec d'autres hôtels. Les alentours ne sont pas très agréables. L'hôtel est très propre et pour un hôtel bon marché très confortable

Petit week-end sur Valenciennes hôtel très propre accueil impeccable ils m ont appeler pour me signaler que j avais perdu mon bracelet. Nous y sommes retourné pour récupérer mon bracelet. Nous y retournerons.

Es war schrecklich Zimmer sahen auf Bildern anders aus , es war sehr laut wegen den Bauarbeitern , die Mitarbeiter konnte nicht mal englisch sprechen, im Zimmer hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert es war einfach schlimm , nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Bien situe mais petit dejeuner cher pour ce qu'il y a, et prix des chambres un peu élevé pour la qualite , douche tres petite. Personnel tres gentil et serviable.

Le seul bémol, serait que l'établissement ne propose pas de restauration le soir et que le buffet "petit déjeuner" est très peu varié... Sinon, chambre propre et fonctionnelle et j'ai très bien dormi!! Le personnel est très accueillant!

Les chambres ne ressemblent pas à celles présentées sur le photos, elles sont très très petites. C'est acceptable pour une nuit, mais pas plus. Les chambres valent leur prix. En revanche, le personnel est on ne peut plus sympathique et à l'écoute de ses clients, souriants, avenants, poli... parfait !

Very basic but clean and friendly.

The hotel is in a commercial zone so there's nothing to eat locally but burger king and buffalo grill. The room was very plain and basic, there was a TV, but no kettle. But the hotel is very clean, quiet at night and the staff were lovely.
