“Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Wir hatten die Suite mit Pool gebucht und es war alles perfekt. Zimmer waren sauber, Pool sauber, die Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorzuheben war das gesamte Servicepersonal die sich um uns Gäste beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen gekümmert haben. Sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und flink. Am Essen hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Fünf Sterne plus ⭐️”

“We had a medical emergency, our grandson was hospitalized for over a week and we could not attend the wedding nor receive a refund or credit to our credit card. The owner & management was unreasonable, not empathetic to our medical situation and refuse to accommodate our emergency medical needs. I would never reserve or stay at their facilities.”

“Lovely view over the public beach from our balcony. Only downside was smell of someone smoking on a nearby balcony. Room comfortable and clean. Wasn't keen on the window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Even with blind down you can see through to the toilet area. All staff helpful and polite. Liked the different areas around the pool and slope down to tiny beach area. Excellent idea to have a buzzer for staff to take poolside orders. Took advantage of the 8am yoga and pilates classes...

The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels.
