- the reception staff were rude (“sorry talk to my colleague I’m doing something urgent”, “now you have to pay” after I asked the details of a bill and confirm this is fine, another one hanging up on me on the phone…)
- the junior suite was just a large room (nothing that would typically justify the name “suite” such as a proper sitting area)"

"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...
