Lovely hotel, charming owner, nice cosy rooms. Clean, well equipped, fridge, water cooker. Good service, close to marina and beach. Trainstation to Cannes and Nice 2 minutes away. Good restaurants and local brewery nearby. Highly recommend for short or long stay

Wonderful small town and beach experience
A beautiful small Hotel in the center of Golfe-Juan. The rooms are especially clean and the breakfast area is very inviting. One can sit inside and outside, meet other guest in the Hotel and mingle with the locals. The location of the Hotel provides easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and small stores are also within walking distance. It is also very easy to access public transportation since the train and bus station is within a three minute walk. I really enjoyed my one week stay and appreciated that I could speaking English with the people that manage the hotel. Thanks for a nice stay :-)

Rommet fremstår nytt og fint, godt renhold med store og deilige håndkler. Det er lytt, men for å være tostjernes hotell ble vi svært positivt overrasket over helhetsinntrykket. Enkel frokost som kunne nytes utendørs. Betjeningen var vennlige og serviceinnstilte.

Stanza veramente piccola, non c'era lo spazio per appoggiare le proprie cose, letto matrimoniale piccolo con il comodino solo da un lato. Bagno piccolissimo con doccia molta scomoda e box malfunzionante. Molti i rumori dalla strada e soprattutto dalle altre stanze. Pavimento non pulitissimo. Il prezzo pagato per un servizio del genere era senz'altro eccessivo.

Property and staff were great! A/C worked really well during my summer stay. There's a safe in the room but no iron for clothes. This did not affect my stay in any way though. There is also no lift at the property so just something to note

Service was great especially considering we traveled from USA. We communicated very well as she spoke fluent English. Room was clean and cool with AC. Very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is conveniently located with easy access to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. Unfortunately, photos of the foyer and room are deceiving. There is no reception, with the accommodation operating more like an AirBnB. Access is via a coded door. We gained entry by calling a phone number on the front door. There was no one on-site to assist us with the disfunctional safe,, so we carried passports with us. The space was clean, , although there was a funny odour in the bathroom, perhaps due to old plumbing in the building.
