"I did not see any information about the room layout when booking. We reserved a private room with its own bathroom, but it turned out to be part of a 3-bedroom apartment. The other 2 rooms shared a bathroom, while all "roommates" shared the kitchenette, dining area, and apartment entrance. As a result, your stay will be only as quiet and peaceful as your "roommates" are. In our case, we were mostly fortunate, except for a few nights when one roommate allowed his guests—who seemed to be gathering elsewhere in the building, likely on the rooftop terrace—to use his bathroom and refrigerator. They were constantly coming in and out of the apartment and were not always quiet. At one point, I had to speak to them and remind them that other people in the apartment were trying to sleep. The other roommate was generally quiet but occasionally spoke loudly on the phone and woke me up a couple of times. There is someone at reception, but not around the clock, so be aware of the reception schedule if you expect assistance during your stay. We essentially had to figure out the neighbourhood on our own. The nearest taxi stand is at the main entrance of Hospital Materno Infantil, which is useful because Uber and similar services can take a while to reach the area. For buses and walking directions, Google Maps is your best friend. A few places that helped redeem the neighborhood for us were Bar El Puche Café (breakfast), La Cacería (excellent churros), Grillera, Ranchito, and La Tapería."

"Booked a single occupancy room with double bed. Very nice room, city views. Clean, spacious, large mirrors in the room. Clean bathrooms, good aircon, staff were very friendly and helpful. They can improve on a few things: rooms should have complementary water bottles, thigh the water dispenser was there at the reception, buffet breakfast was fair not excellent, though the staff there was very helpful. Overall I was very happy. Location is good, walkable distance to the old town."

"This hotel is a great value. The desk staff were very nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and functional, and the on-site restaurant with the interior patio was a nice way to start the day with a coffee. I checked out the gym and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of equipment available, including a lot of plate-loaded equipment. The hotel is a bit of an Uber/taxi ride from the city center (about 15 minutes and 15-30 euro depending on demand), and the train from/to the nearby Los Prados station doesn't run very frequently, so if you're planning to explore the downtown area, make sure to budget time and funds for transportation there and back. I was there for a conference at the FYCMA venue and was able to easily walk there and back each day."
