The property was excellent, the only thing I would change is the check in process. It was a group of about 16 people and it took us about 90 minutes to finish checking in with reservations already made.

Terrible! Unas horas antes de llegar a Valledupar escribí por WhatsApp para ir adelantando el web checking ya que eran casi las 9 de la noche y veníamos cansados de la carretera; para mi sorpresa me respondieron que no había disponibilidad en el hotel y yo había pagado desde febrero (3 meses antes). Luego de enviar evidencias me pidieron disculpas y me enviaron el link. Cuando llegamos pedí acceso al parqueadero y me dijeron que estaba lleno; les dije vengo de allá y está casi vacío; me argumentan que es de unos huéspedes que salieron pero regresan luego; o sea el parqueadero no es por orden de llegada si no ? Me dijeron que el parqueadero no estaba incluido y luego de demostrarles que en esta app dice que si me dijeron que pena igual no lo puede usar debe buscar uno cerca de nuestro hotel. La siguiente noche entré al parqueadero sin decirles nada y ahí dejé el carro sin problema; nunca entendí su negativa. Anexo fotos

Paredes delgadas y baños sin presión de agua

Las paredes son súper delgadas y se escucha hasta roncar y ni decir de cuando deciden hacer otras cosas. Queda en zona centro muy peligrosa y para salir de noche o quizá de día y los baños no tienen presión al evacuar desechos.
