"I highly recommend this hotel. I accidentally booked 2 rooms a few weeks before , and then the day before I could no longer go and needed to switch it over to my husband. I called & the girl who answered the phone was so helpful and got it done & canceled the extra room within 5 minutes. She was so sweet!! I love helpful customer service & if I’m ever back in this area I will definitely stay here"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well maintained and cleaned and staff was were helpful. One night during our stay there were several individuals in hall drinking and making a lot of noise. They woke us up. I tried calling front desk from hotel phone in room and it went to voice mail. I let them know at checkout."

"Staff was great. The property was clean. The room was super clean. Shower could use more water pressure biggest downfall in the entire hotel was the 250 security deposit that is really high for security deposit. I will not return to that hotel because I will recommend people not say at this hotel because the 250 security deposit I stay out a lot of hotels and this was the Hyatt security process I have ever ate $100 is hot 250 ridiculous."
