“Hotel was nice and reasonably priced and conventionally located. Easy 8 min drive to the waterfront. Issues we had, our comforter was dirty. It smelled like dirty feet & had stains and lipstick smeared on it in several spots. We also didn’t have toiletries , hand soap- they forgot to put them in the room. Bed was comfortable but I had the “icky feeling “ after the dirty comforter. Maybe this is a “thing” in this area but They had a large open parking lot not secured or covered and charged...

The Hotel is just west of the Arts District and has many neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and had a small reading area. The bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning from a local bakery. The room had a "pour-over" coffee pot with instructions...

“We were charged an amenities fee. Weren't told what the amenities were, however, we were told that we could use the $25 for drinks or food at the restaurant. Before breakfast, I checked with the front desk to see if we needed to have any paperwork or anything to get the fee applied. We were told, it would be credited to breakfast.
