What a quaint way to start our trip! Staff was so friendly and accommodatng. We had a great room with an amazing shower. A little bit of a walk to touristy things- but very doable!

Beautiful, renovations were excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were prestige, clean and newly renovated the old character with the renovated amenities. Made this a very excellent day.

Had a quick one night stay at The Francis and am so glad we landed there for our only night in Portland. Extremely clean, well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches and a perfect all around vibe! Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great! The staff was extremely nice/helpful. Very walkable area right on Congress next to so many cute dining places. If you’re looking for a well-appointed place on a great location with lots of charm, The Francis is it!
