"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms that make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The pool overlooking the stunning mountain scenery is simply amazing, and the spa is a perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality products. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is that, like many hotels in the area, there is no air conditioning. During particularly warm summer nights, sleeping can be a bit uncomfortable. We also felt that the hotel's dinner, while good, did not offer enough value to justify its price. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with beautiful facilities, outstanding service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We would happily stay here again."
