"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! "The room was clearly much below the standards of a 4* hotel. The bathroom had neither a bathtub, nor a shower cabin, nor a shower curtain; flooding the bathroom when taking a shower was thus unavoidable. There was a lot of noise from the canalization throughout the night; it was extremely noisy whenever someone in the hotel flushed the toilet. The curtains were too short and the room couldn't be properly darkened. Some bathroom amenities had been opened and partially consumed. The spa was closed...
