"The location of this Terra Hotel right next to the Bernina train station in Tirano is unbeatable. The hotel is new, spaciuos and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirano!"
"The hotel was nice, but it was advertised as having air conditioning and no rooms had it. They moved us to another of their hotels across the road, very quirky, had the Grecian room, it was called Saint Jane. The shower at the Bernina was a bath with a spray hose, but we moved so didn’t use it. Excellent location to get the Bernina express a 2 minute walk. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very accommodating. If it wasn’t hot, I certainly recommend it, lots of heaters in the room for cooler...
"The rooms were very clean and well kept and communication with the host was excellent. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and unfortunately the AC is not strong and took a while to cool the room down from 25.5deg to 23 which was the coolest it could do."
