"Great Pool and lounging area/ Excellent Complimentary Breakfast "

"We were disappointed to have the pool shut down for half our stay. It was one of the reasons we chose your property over others. The bathroom had mold, rust & water damage but something we somewhat understand in humid climates. When checking in we were asked if we preferred a high or low floor with no explanation of why we were asked that. Then we discover there are only 2 working elevators and only 1 was working one of the mornings. We would have chosen a lower room if that had been disclosed. Staff was very welcoming as we came & left each day. Breakfast was quick service and had comfortable seating. "

"Check in staff was great and the rooms were clean BUT our first room had 2 spiders, the female housekeepers didn’t speak or even smile at all even when standing 2 feet away. Nor did the supervisor (wearing the white shirt) They opened our room door to see if room was empty with us standing in front of the door outside. 2 hours before checkout time. No communication at all to see if it was our room that we were standing right in front of. If you are scared of lizards DO NOT stay in the front section AND THIS PLACE 0 ELEVATORS. Due to the spiders we had to switch rooms immediately which caused us to arrive for breakfast at 10:02 and they would not let us in. How was the lateness our fault??? "

"The sheets were stained, the tub was dirty and the shower curtain had gunk on it. The location was great, check in was quick, the staff was nice, the area was quiet but more time should be invested in housekeeping. "
