The blanket had a funny smell i reportes to the staff and they fix it immediately. The luggage storage seems safe enough to keep your luggage there, and the access is only trough the staff which to me is good.

Yes it’s a hostel- but it’s not what you may expect. The bathrooms (at least the women’s) were really clean and modern, and the rooms, although small do the trick. For a short trip or solo trip this is a great option especially given its location is prime in downtown. The staff are also very nice.

The place was well located and OK, clean, etc. However, at check-in I asked for a lower bunk, because I am older and didn't want to crawl up to an upper bunk! The room they assigned was an upper bunk only. They move me to another room BUT CHARGED ME $28 more......not a good policy......

I only stayed one night at this hostel and the service was great from staff at the front desk. The only issue I had is I woke up from sleeping with a lot of bites all over my body. I'm going to hope that it was from a mosquito. I did check the bed prior to sleeping in it and I didn't see any signs of BB so I'm not sure what that bug was. It probably was a mosquito in the room, but they really did a number on me as I had over a dozen bites all over my back arms feet. I even got bitten on my face. I find it strange because the windows in the rooms don't open so it's a little concerning.

Someone left a camera in the room on the floor. I can only assume the floors were not cleaned well or they would have found it. The room appeared clean, bed was comfy. Room was very warm.

Everything was amazing and they even upgraded me but I’m not the only person leaving with a full body rash and there was a mouse running around the kitchen which wasn’t ideal. Otherwise, very beautiful and safe!

Make sure the washroom is working on the floor they put you on. Twice now the washroom on first floor has been shut down and I've had to go up to the second floor in the middle of the night. The employees and stuff are amazing and go out of their way to assist
