Excellent staff and hotel! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. My room was so clean and comfortable. Also, the staff members were so polite and extremely helpful. Specifically, the customer service agent and manager, Mayank was courteous, kind and helpful. I will always lodge here anytime I am in Vancouver, henceforth.

We have a suite with a separate sitting area. It opens up to a balcony, which is great for air circulation. The property is walkable to many eateries, and the Richmond Center. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices.
