Everything was great, I don’t remember the name off the gentleman that did my check in, but he was really attentive and he did say hello every time he was working. Love that you guys still have that rental car in the lobby, I did miss the restaurant but all good I know it will be there next time. Every one I encounter was great.

We loved the location of this hotel. We could walk to Canada Place within 25 minutes and there were numerous restaurants and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk. To take an Uber or taxi was also reasonable to many other places including the airport. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast menu offered so many delicious options. Our room was a good size with 2 queen beds, a desk, and a table and chair.

The pros: the reasonable price, the good central city location, its good service and very clean room. The only cons: this hotel is in an old building, and it’s insulation is not good- we can clearly hear next door room people’s noises, as well as the Traffics from street.

Great stay!

It was easy to check in, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Restaurant was great- both the service and the food!

Very nice and clean hotel. The airline lost our luggage and was delivering it to the hotel and the staff let us know right when it came. The thermostat seemed to be broken however but other than that, great stay
