모든 것을 해결할 수 있는 너무족스런 숙소
바로 앞에 주류 판매점이 있고 세이프웨이 대형마트가 있어서 모든 것을 해결할 수 있는 너무 만족스런 숙소였음. 활기찬 거리엔 젊음이 넘처 흐르고 조금만 걸으면 캐나다 플레이스 등 도심 유명 관광지를 둘러볼 수 있는 숙소였음.

가족과 함께 지냈는데 원룸인데도 불구하고 모든 용품이 갖춰져 있어 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗하고 랍슨가에 위치하고 있어 교통도 편리했습니다 특히 부모님이 만족해 하셔서 좋았어요

Stanley Park 에서 가깝고 Robson street와도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 저는 4층에 묵었는데 천장도 높고 방상태도 좋았습니다. 또 주변에 큰 grocery store가 있어 부엌 이용이 편했습니다.

Good value for the area.
The hotel is very quiet but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Vancouver. The Safeway, CIBC, liquor store and dining choices were around the corner and across the street. Would have loved to stay again but, unfortunately, is becoming rental suites in 2018.

Absolutely great location near both the shopping and restaurant areas but also super close to Stanley Park for activities. Great front desk staff.

VERY disappointed
Choose this specific location because it had an 8.9 out of 10 rating. I would be very generous to give it a 3. Couch appeared to be picked up off the street.........lumpy, old, dirty. Kitchen dishes were dirty. Bed was only a double. Getting in and out of hotel was like in/ out of a prison.......lock after lock after lock after lock.

Amazing staff, wonderful stay
I booked this hotel several months in advance and didn't think much about what the weather would be like for traveling to the coast. The day of we called to make sure everything would be ok for a later check in as the highways weren't the best and a normal 4 hour drive was likely to be more like 7. The staff member we spoke to was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She put us completely at ease and gave us all the details we would need for check in right then to make it smoother. We arrived and the staff member at the desk was again great, friendly and helpful. The room was prefect, more then I had expected. Clean and had everything we needed. Location was amazing. And the downtown shuttle was prefect. 5 minute ride to the convention center and a 20 minute bus back, can't beat that. Through out our staff where always welcoming. Makes you feel at home. Thank you all. The only thing we are disappointed is finding out that the hotel will become an apartment as of next year and we can't stay there for our next trip to Vancouver.

きれいなホテル
ロケーションもお部屋もすべて良かったのですが、キッチンに大量の蟻が発生しました。特に食べ物を置いておいたわけではなかったのですが、お肉の入ったプラスチック容器にありが集ったようです。もちろんお肉は入ってませんでした。次の日は何も置かなかったのですが、やはり又蟻が少量でしたが集っていました。 それだけがすごく残念です。でも又泊まりたいです。

Great location at Robson suites
This is my second time stayed at Robson suites. It is not a fancy hotel and is old (They are doing renovation now). The service was good, the employee were very friendly, specially the lady called Reiko working at front desk, she was very helpful. The hotel included kitchen, washer and dryer, I felt like being at home. It's located in central of Vancouver, very closed to Stanley park, Canada place, Gas town.... Also, the hotel provided shuttle bus to China town, sky train station....... I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable
I came to Vancouver to attend a conference and I chose to stay at the Robson Suites instead of the Westin where the conference was being held to save a little money. It was a very comfortable and convenient hotel with excellent customer service. It was convenient to everything I needed - grocery stores, restaurants, Stanley Park. My colleague stayed at another hotel on the other end of Denman St and said he would definitely stay at Robson Suites next time because of the convenience and free parking.

Great location, great food, and free parking!
I had my work week in the interior of BC and had only 24 hours to enjoy Vancouver before my flight home. This hotel was perfect for me. Great price, fully suited, free secured parking, and laundry. The area where this hotel is has amazing Korean and Japanese food within a few steps away from the hotel. McDonalds below is convenient for a coffee or a quick breakfast. Many bike rentals nearby to make a biked circle of Stanley Park not only enjoyable, but very convenient and quick. The room was quite spacious, staff very friendly and professional but the hotel decor seems dated. I didn't mind but I can see why many others might not enjoy this hotel. I was able to do my laundry before my flight home which was a huge plus. The only drawback and not because of the hotel is that there are a lot of street bums around Vancouver, and many by the McDonalds below. I would recommend this hotel but not sure I would have my infant there for that reason.

Great home away from home
Spacious, quiet, efficient front desk help with any questions, all suite amenities around the corner for bus stops and excellent restaurants. There is a free outgoing shuttle that can be booked on the day of to a downtown location.

Comforts of home downtown
Everything we needed in a comfortable suite. May not stay in a larger hotel again with a wonderful suite like this. plenty of space, a kitchen and a comfy bedroom, I slept like a log the two nights we stayed.

便利な立地　
　バンクーバー発のクルーズ前泊で宿泊。前泊にしてはちょっと高いかと思いましたが、部屋に洗濯機等がある便利さで選択。結果的には大満足でした。 　近くに大きなスーパーが２つあり、お土産等を早いうちに調達できたし、部屋での食事にも便利でしたが、自炊しなくてもデリ等もあるので困りはしません。 　また、フリーのシャトルもあって、これでクルーズターミナルまで送ってもらいました。 　隣のマクド周辺にちょっと怪しい人がたむろしていたりしますが、人通りも多いので明るいうちならたいして気にならないレベルと思います。

I was expecting a typical hotel room, and was pleasantly surprised with a full suite! Lots of good restaurants in area, in particular Banana Leaf.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to everything without being in the middle of the city. It had a kitchen which allowed us to eat in if was wanted to. It was roomy & very clean.

Great location
The location was great. You can walk or rent a bicycle and get to Stanley park or Yale town. The room was spacious and clean. Two big negatives..air conditioning window unit blows in one area, the love seat. You freeze or bake in the room. The love seat is way too small, there is enough room to put in a couch.

Best location to anywhere in Vancouver
This was the firsts time for time to visit Vancouver. We took Canada Line to go to downtown from the airport. We could walk along the beautiful port to the hotel. We also could went to English Bay Beach, Stanley Park, Canada Place, and free shuttle to Capilano ! This hotel was really good and I'd like to come back visit again.

Decent value for the location, with minor issues
Huge suite with kitchen in great West End location walking distance from Stanley Park. Clean and comfortable and quiet. However there is no reserved spot to temporarily park before obtaining the garage remote control; the front desk is not staffed 24/7; the toilet ran on and on.

Lovely space and nice location!
We recently stayed and really liked the suite. It was well sized and felt like an apartments it was great! The location also was nice being a little quieter then staying on Granville like we normally do which we really enjoyed. Would stay here again and bring the kids. The size and how equipped the kitchen is would be perfect fro a full family stay.

Es sollte der schöne Abschluss unserer Kanada Reise sein. 2 Übernachtungen, dann entspannt nach Hause fliegen. Die zwei Sterne sind für die netten Staffs, den Standort am Rande Downtown und dem Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Das Appartement 401 mag für zwei Personen reichen, nicht aber für 4 (unsere Kinder 12 + 15). Die Geräusche von der Straße werden quasi ungefiltert in den 4ten Stock übertragen; in der Nacht hört man nicht nur diese sondern auch den Kühlschrank des Nachbarn der alle 30 - 45 sec für 30 sec ansprang. Wir alle waren wir gerädert und froh nach Hause fliegen zu können. In der Umgebung findet man eine riesen Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Nice Hotel near Stanley Park and beach
We have a good stay in a nice hotel with friendly staff. Perfect location near Stanley Park and beach. Cleanliness good. Secure parking in underground car park. Near bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Air conditioning too close to the bed, therefore switched off at night.

Excellent location, responsible staff.
The accommodations themselves are highly functional but not lavish. There is plenty of room, kitchen is well equipped, shower worked well, likewise A/C. The TV didn't work well, and the staff tried earnestly but vainly to fix it during the nine days of our stay. As a result, the management adjusted our final bill satisfactorily. The real asset of the Robson Suites is the location, within 5 minutes of a Safeway, an excellent bakery, a liquor store, a host of eateries, and, if necessary, pharmacy and clinic. To enter the amazing Stanley Park is a walk of 15 minutes or so. The beach at English Bay is a similar distance. Public transportation is easily accessible. Despite a McDonald's a couple of doors down, which attracts vagrants, the premises were quiet and peaceful. It was a nice place to be. We would stay there again if we're able to return to Vancouver.

Great location!
We had a great stay here. Robson Suites is in a great location. Many attractions are in walking distance and there are restaurants everywhere! The staff is friendly and the room was very comfortable. I loved having the washer/dryer in the room! The free parking was definitely a plus!!!

很棒的一家公寓酒店
這真的是一家非常方便的公寓, 就在市中心 雖然離skytrain 走路要20分鐘, 但是附近就有公車可以坐 對面有一個大超市 生活機能很方便. 走路到stanly park 或是english bay 也只要幾分鐘的, 我們一家都很喜歡這個環境. 最重要的是, 停車位是不用錢的, 而且就在公寓的地下室 出入很方便. 服務人員也很棒, 第一天我們剛到, 幫我們叫免錢的shuttle bus 去 gas town 真的省了很多事. 很喜歡這裡, 也很安靜 下一次一定會再來~

Great location. Nice amenities. Not fancy.
It was comfortable and nice. There was a usable kitchen and washer/dryer. It wasn't the nice or fanciest place but I'd rather I have a place that I can cook, keep food/drinks the fridge and spread out a bit. It was so close to Stanley park. The location was great.

Robson Suites Is Great!
Coco was so helpful. Loved the secure parking garage and our room 307 had a sunroom. Safeway across Robson and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Stanley Park. 24 hour McDonald's next door.
