立地良い

古くてエレベーターが怖かったが立地も良かった。クローゼットもたくさんあってスタッフの方も親切でした。

Hotel was under renovations but we needed a place for the night so we tried it. They were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a larger room which was just redone and it was very nice. Had breakfast at Cora's next door and It was a great experience.

Not worth it for the amount paid

Dear Expedia We called the attention of your Manila customer service re Robsonstrasse. The hotel is under renovation, no soap and towels were given clients were very upset for the price they paid. Pls see attached email we sent last Sep 18 Mnl time ( Sep 17 Canada time) 7210538192501 party of 2 Apostol Dear Sir: We received a call today from Mr. Ernesto Apostol re his reservation for Sep 17-19 at Robsonstrasse Hotel Vancouver. Are you aware that this hotel is under renovation? There is hardly anyone at the front desk station , no soap and towels in the room provided. How can this situation be rectified today as the client is very disappointed. We trust that you can do something to help the two elderly clients.

Beggars can't be choosers

If you want a last minute hotel under $300 a night in Downtown Vancouver on a Saturday night.....Your options are pretty limited The hotel was perfectly acceptable and I was glad to get it.

No toilet paper, shampoo, or soap in room

Bad experience. Hotel was under construction, the room had no toiletries upon arrival or toilet paper. Called to tell them and they told me to come down and get it. Girls at front desk were very unprofessional and unprepared for the job. It was like talking to a little kid.

ロビーが工事中で全く営業しているようには見えなかった。スタッフも最初おらず困った。スタッフが出てきてからは問題なかったが、普通あの状態は営業していない建物だと思う。中は普通。

Older Tourist hotel in a good location

The Robsonstrasse doesn't do much to leave a good first impression the lobby is allegedly being remodeled but there were no signs of actual construction. The elevator doesn't inspire,confidence. But the room was clean and comfortable and had a spectacular view of the harbor the staff was friendly and helpful it is a budget accommodation and provides the service and amenities you need without a lot of fanfare

WORST CHOICE EVER

WOULDNT ALLOW US TO CHECK IN BECAUSE WE GOT THERE AFTER 1030PM. ENDED UP STAYING THE NIGHT AT A CASINO. WORST MANAGER AT HOTEL, DIDNT EVEN GIVE OUR $400 BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA ALSO, THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Right on Robson

Hotel could use some updating but the facilities are adequate and the location is tops. We even watched fireworks from the roof!! It was very clean and the staff friendly. for a 2.5 star it was not bad at all.

Friendly staff but outdated rooms

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helped us find cheaper parking around the hotel. The lobby area was under renovation. The elevator, hallways and room did not smell fresh. The hotel overall was dark and dingy. The wifi worked fine. The room had an air conditioner that did its job, but it was one of those old, loud window AC's.

Bad experince

Dirty very old i found spider in the bath room no safty deposite box. In the bath room have only one small old towel , no tissue in the room Defintly i ll not stay in the hotel

Nice staff (friendly and helpful). Lobby looked to be going through a renovation so it was a little messy. Room was average. Quiet area. Decent room rate.

Only if it's cheap...

This place would be perfectly adequate for a budget stay, but DO NOT PAY MORE THAN $150/night for this place. You'll be mad. Very clean (aside from the lobby) but nothing has been updated in decades, so it feels a bit gross just because everything is old. The lobby was "under renovation" - read: half of the ceiling was in a pile in the middle of the floor. Watch out for price gouging... This place seriously is not worth more than $150/night.

Good location for downtown Vancouver

Robsonstrasse is an old hotel. I knew that when booking. Also the price indicates it is not overly fancy. And it wasn't. The room was stuffy and older. But was very clean and serviceable. I wasn't expecting 5 star and it is not. However, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and gave the impression they would do whatever I needed. The location was perfect if you wanted to be right in the middle of things for Robson Street and downtown Vancouver. If you are looking for budget and not too fancy, then this is a good place to stay.

ロブソン通りを楽しむならOKだが、内装や設備等に充実を望む方にはNG。

ハウスキーピングは、2日に一回しか来ない。ドアの安全キーが破損しており不安な感じだった。テレビはいまだブラウン管テレビで故障しており、昭和の旅館のようである。修理はしてくれた。値段（繁忙期で1泊200ドルオーバー）の割にはサービス、設備良くない。ロブソン通り沿いからウオーターフロントの散策など立地場所とWifi環境は良かった。朝食は無い。
