The hotel was very clean and was decorated in beautiful aboriginal artwork. Most things were in great condition, however our toilet ran and the sink faucet had a leak.
The staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating, there just wasn’t many of them, none between 11pm and 7am. It wasn’t a problem for us, but guests who want more attentive service may be left wanting.
There wasn’t much for amenities, but there was a dry sauna and continental breakfast.
The area was a bit rougher, quite a few homeless and open drug use, but it didn’t feel dangerous. There was lots to do and see nearby, and plenty of choices for food. It’s also pretty close to Gastown which has lots of stuff to check out.
Overall I would probably stay here again.
