Great location, very clean and great simple hostel. Definitely in the party district so it gets noisy on the weekend, but thats to be expected. Staff behind the bar are fantastic, got loads of city recommendations and advice for apartment hunting. One of the better hostels ive stayed in

The accommodation charged me twice for my stay, so I had to contact Expedia to report the issue. Apparently, it was caused by a misunderstanding. The person in charge contacted me by message and confirmed that the amount charged at the property would be refunded once I checked out and returned the keys. I have already completed the checkout and returned the keys, but I still have not received the refund. I have tried contacting them several times, but they are no longer responding to my messages. At this point, I have no information about the status of my refund or when I can expect to receive it. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
