"Room and staff were excellent, one thing I wish was that they had free continental breakfast instead of just coffee and fruit at the lobby. The property is beside City Hall and is walking distance to Chinatown. A little bit further is the Empress and the waterfront. "

"Booked a suite with 2 queens that were in separate spaces.The additional privacy of a bedroom was perfect and we felt it was good value given the amount of room in the suite. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved that they loaned guests umbrellas for a rainy evening dash to the local restaurants. Would definitely book again."

"It was such a special stay. Everything was just lovely. My only very small complaint was the TV channels were very limited, and our Netflix and Hulu accounts didn't work in Canada. One night we wanted to stay in and order room services, but there was nothing good to watch. So we ended up going swimming. Everything else was great, particularly the staff."
