Above and beyond customer service. From the bell person to the front desk and housekeeping, this hotel exceeded my expectations! We came in early and they were able to find us a room before check in - this changed our whole day!

The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver
The restaurant hours are too short for a hotel and was disappointed u can't use hotel credit on mini fridge. But it was very clean! And in a convenient area.
