Good

The hotel is located a short walk from the center. The bus leaves not far from the hotel. The room was a good size, the bathroom too. The bed could need a mattress topper. Plus for the fridge. The breakfast was a bit simple for a 4 star hotel, but you get full. First day it seemed a bit chaotic during breakfast, like there where no new glasses when I came down stairs. All over a good stay.

Staff were wonderful; polite, helpful, friendly a pleasure to talk with. Location in its own grounds was very convenient and safe, easily walkable to the town centre an resturants; breakfast on the patio, among the tree and plants was wonderful.

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war insgesamt zu laut, da es direkt zur Straße lag, und aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit waren auch Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hörbar. Die Kissen waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigte. Beim Frühstück gab es leider keine große Auswahl, und es fehlte an einfachem, normalem Brot. Insgesamt wirkte das Frühstück eher lieblos zusammengestellt. Das Zimmer ist schön und das Restaurant auch gut!

This is not my first stay in Art Hotel and it seems that overall service has slipped quite a lot. After I checked into the hotel, I noticed that the trash bin was not emptied, and I also found a stocking caught between the cupboard doors. After that I took shower, because the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap are fixed to the wall, I took what I needed for use. As I apply the conditioner hoping to smoothen out my hair, I noticed my hair was foaming with lather. It seems that soap or shampoo had been added to the conditioner container. Lastly was on amenities, I had some tea in the room on Day 1. On Day 2, I noticed that no need tea bags were replenished after the room was cleaned. Also, the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water. While the room has a big bed with nice drawings in the wall, the hotel does not provide the basic service and amenities for an enjoyable stay. This would be my last time staying here.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Très bon accueil, bonne literie et salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié et c’est du vrai café italien ! Malheureusement le restaurant est fermé le dimanche soir, mais le centre ville ( rues piétonnes très agréables) est à 400 mètres.

Bellissima!

We went here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect choice. I even thought of cancelling plans and booking an extra night because we liked it so much. The area of Varese is such a beautiful, quaint city. The hotel smelled like a spa when we walked in, and everything was so wonderfully curated.
