“First and foremost, the hotel is in a great area very quiet during the week and the weekends. They let me check in two hours early and didn’t have me waiting. The staff is really friendly. Hotel is very clean. Wasn’t able to try the bar, but I also am not a big drinker so it was not a downside. The only thing I do wish it had was breakfast included, but also I don’t eat breakfast that much. Great prices. Would definitely recommend and definitely staying here again if I come to Seattle.”

“One of the towers had four elevators, but two appeared to be out of order, and another was not in operation. Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didn’t seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation. However, the friendly and thorough housekeeping made the stay enjoyable.”

“Check-in takes long time. Marriott membership check-in is also handled by 1 staff, so it takes quite a while during peak times. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where more than 10 guests wait to check in and only 1 staff is assigned to the front desk. I experienced racism several times during my stay, I had never experienced during my long trip to the US. The male concierge(morning) was very helpful.
