We really like the breakfast and dinner included. The always available coffee area and the kindness of the front desk team is fantastic. This hotel is very convenient to public transport and shopping areas downtown too.

A great experience, super friendly staff

What a great experience. I have been at five-star hotels with worse service than here. The personnel was extremely friendly and the takeaway breakfast was more than sufficient (which we had to take due to early checkout). Will definitely book again this hotel.

Jättefint hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten var toppen med allt man kan önska sig. Det enda negativa var att det var väldigt lyhört mot gatan vilket innebar att vi vaknade flera gånger under natten av festande ungdomar.

Centralt och mysigt hotell!

Jättemysigt hotell mitt i staden! Mycket bra städat och städerskan hade lämnat en gullig lapp när vi kom vilket var mycket uppskattat. Sängen var bekväm och det var lugnt och tyst på hotellet både på dagen och på natten. Personalen var jättetrevlig och bidrog verkligen till en trivsam stämning. Frukosten var mycket god och vi kommer definitivt tillbaka hit!

Fantastiskt frukost! Både våfflor och pannkakor, saknade ingenting! Middagen var dock en besvikelse ,salladsbuffén var helt okej men det uppvärmda helfabrikatet kändes inte som ”pankopanerad fisk”, kändes som att vara i en skolmatsal. Läget bra om du vill bo centralt! Vi bodde högst upp så vi stördes inte av gatan utanför, ett väldigt prisvärt hotell!

Hotel prático no centro de Vasteros. Super simpático o pequeno almoço, o café da tarde (fyka), e o jantar, tudo incluído na diária. O único senão foi o barulho da rua, havia vários jovens a festejar em alto som na rua da cidade.

Trevligt och rent. Trevlig personal. Mitt i centrum. Bekväma sängar. Sov riktigt bra. Inget störande ljud ute ifrån trorts att mitt rum låg mot en innergård som hade en uteservering nedanför. Rymligt wc/badrum. Dygnet runt parkering tvärsöver gatan med gott om plats. Besökte Västerås pga en 2 dagars festival nere vid småbåtshamnen och kommer bo här igen om det blir en resa nummer 2.
