“Amazing Trip”

“Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. ”

“Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps.
