Hotel was clean, room was larger than expected, staff helpful. Airport shuttle was on time, the ride is about 8 minutes door to door in a low traffic area. This is a great stay to be near the airport, the surroundings are airport facilities and post office, etc, it is not a place to stay on vacation but rather a place for the airport. Breakfast was complete, the restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner. Cost was very reasonable. Would certainly recommend this airport hotel.

The staff was very friendly and we liked the airport shuttle service. It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus station. And very quiet despite proximity to airport.

Check-in was easy. Shower leaked a massive puddle on the floor and when we let them know about this, they said it was a known issue but hadn't been fixed yet.

Overall a good stay. The room we got was a nice renovated, clean room. The washroom and room itself was updated, very compact room but was able to fit about three beds. The thermostat wasn’t working as great until toward the end of the stay and the shower was leaking brown liquid at the bottom saturating about two towels. The fridge wasn’t very cold but held a lot of drinks. The staff were nice and accommodating. We had a car and were able to utilize the free parking which was great but we did use the breakfast and would rate the breakfast 3/5.

We do recommend this hotel as it is close to the airport and the reception was great. Madea was wonderful with us, nice personality. She answered all our questions and even went beyond the room service to accommodate us. Thank you Madea.

The room was clean and even had tea making facilities which was a nice addition. The staff were also very helpful. We didn't have breakfast because we left early but we did have dinner. Mine (which if I remember correctly, was rice) was lovely but my husband's schnitzel was very tough so he couldn't eat it.
