저렴하고 편안한 숙소, 디모라 도갈레
디모라 도갈레에서 4일 묵었습니다. 저희는 시티뷰여서 창문을 열면 다른 집 벽이 보였는데요~ 운하뷰인 숙소는 창 밖 풍경이 퍽 멋있었을 것 같아요~ 호텔 위치가 처음에는 찾기 어려웠는데 리알토 다리와 산 마르코 광장 사이에 있어서 여행하기 좋았습니다. 근처에 coop도 있어서 편하게 이용했네요^^ 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어있고, 스태프들이 무척 친절합니다~ 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고, 난방도 잘 돼요~ 텔레비전, 드라이기, 냉장고, 금고 있습니다. 생수는 따로 제공하지 않습니다. 근처 coop에서 저렴하게 사마시면 됩니다~ 조식 제공합니다. 간단하구요~ 매일 똑같았습니다. 오렌지주스, 에스프레소, 아메리카노, 카푸치노, 라떼 주시는데 라떼는 그냥 따뜻한 우유입니다. 커피가 무척 진하고 맛있어요^^ 저희 부부는 무척 만족했어요♡

딱 사진같은 호텔 하지만 거기 까지 아쉽지만 지인에게 추천하고 싶진 않음 베네치아 관광을 준비한다면 Lusia 역에서 가까운 숙소를 찾는게 답임

Uma hospedagem bem diferente. Veneza é muito silenciosa e escura. O hotel, bem antigo. E, ficamos sozinhos a maior parte do tempo. A recepção não funciona nem em horário comercial - atendimento começa a pós as 10:00 da manhã. Muito ruim não ter alguém para informações ou qualquer eventualidade. Chega a ser perigoso. As instalações são muito antigas. A Cama não é confortável. Enfim… precisa melhorar para ser um bom hotel.

We really liked the decoration of the room; it gave the vibes of old luxury venetian style. The area is in a quite place and close to a lot of tourist spots, like the piazza of S. Marco and the boat stops for the other islands. The room was clean.

Poor, avoid
The hotel did not have an elevator and the second floor was actually on the 3rd floor. No one to help us with our baggage . Bathroom only had tub shower and no grab bars for safety and very slippery. Definitely not designed for handicap. Hotel location was not as said, very hard to find.

Quaint Venice location
We had a wonderful time here. The room had a strong Venice feel to it and was quite comfortable. Maria was really helpful with suggestions and directions too! Getting to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a challenge as we have never been to Venice.

We felt like we had a real Venetian experience as this lovely hotel was right in the middle of canal life. With round the corner proximity to amazing dining, picturesque plazas, and a variety of shopping venues, you did not have to walk far to have great experiences. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and comfortable. A great base for your Venice trip.

C'est scandaleux : Réservation d'une chambre avec 1 lit double. Résultat : 2 lits simple cote à cote qui se separe au fil de la nuit - Les femmes de chambres ne font jamais le lit. La fenetre donne sur un puit technique - Lavabo completement bouché - pommeau de douche rempli de calcaire. En bref une vrai catastrophe. A eviter

Good place to stay for a short trip

Faded glory! Unusual decor but interesting. Good location and peaceful. Bathroom clean with toiletries provided. Would be difficult to negotiate the stairs with any mobility issues. The staff I met were fine but the reception was rarely open. I left notes when something was required. A reading lamp was promptly provided on request. Rather disconcerting that the door between adjoining rooms was not locked on my side. They assured me that it was locked on the other side & the guests there had no key. Particularly as a woman on my own, I would still have been happier if mine had been locked. As my flight was not until the evening, I wanted to leave my bag to collect later. There was no one on reception until after checkout so no one to store the bag & you couldn’t leave the key as possibly you couldn’t get back in later to collect it. In the end, I paid for a storage locker near St Mark’s square.

I was left disappointed in having to wait over 20 minutes outside the door as no one picked up on the other side of the phone. The overall cleaning of the bathroom was disappointing with a horrible smell.

Dimora Dogale-value for money
Location of the Hotel was excellent and all attractions were very accessible. Check in was quick and easy and the hotel provided luggage storage at the end of our stay to allow us to make the most of our last day. If returning to Venice we will definitely return to the Dimora Dogale

This is a bit of a paradox of a hotel. It's extremely basic, no facilities whatsoever outside of the room, worn and shabby, but the room itself was really nice, very nicely decorated in traditional Venetian style with particularly nice furniture. We were in a deluxe double canal view room, which was up two flights of stairs (no lift). Reception is often unmanned, but when someone is there they are helpful. You are effectively renting an en-suite room. If you are ok with that then it's a good place to stay. If you want other facilities that you might expect in a hotel, this isn't the place for you.
