The room itself was clean and the bathroom big enough, but the beds are super uncomfortable. They put two single beds together to create a double bed, so it was already super uncomfortable and also had that gap between them. We left earlier because we couldn’t stand the beds anymore. Other than that, location was good, walk distance from everything. Really good restaurant and shops around.

Property was so poorly kept, no AC, I was told to open the windows, it was mosquito invested. The staff never cleaned the room once Left the hotel almost eaten alive by insects…. Stay away unless you like bugs and a staff that couldn’t care less. Only positive was the location

This place has the most amazing view! We stayed in a canal view room. Air conditioning worked fine and the location was amazing. Best part was the view !!! Wonderful view, great location, friendly staff.

The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!

We arrived at the train station and calledthe hotel for help on which boat to take. The lady at the line just repeated the words "Number one". I inquired her on which letter (boat stations are addressed by letters and numbers, letters A through D, or something like), she just repeated "number one" about 3 times with very rude manners, and hung up the call. I called back twice, she never picked the call. My wife and walked around with our luggage until we found tje information center and the lady (very professionally) guided me to boat C2. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the recepcionist why she gave me wrong information and hung up. She acted like nothing happened and said something about phone malfunction. She was very rude in the call, then acted innocent. I have no idea why, but I just do not recommend this hotel. The guy at morning shif was very nice and polite, totally different than the lady at afternoon shift. I would not stay there again, you need to train your staff better. That situation was very disrespectful to a customer.

The room was great and clean. Very close all major attractions. Short walk to San Marco Plaza and Rialto Bridge but AC was broken in our room and the heat was unbearable. We had to open the windows at night and did not help much, if anything it let mosquitoes in.

The place is beautiful. The room has windows to the canal and it is astonishing. However, it is HOT today, and the AC does not keep up with it. Just a heads up. Other than that, an absolutely lovely place to stay.

This hotel served its purpose. It was a decent room with a not so decent view. It did its job for me which is to get a good nights sleep. If your looking for luxury, this place is not it. But if you are looking for a decent budget hotel that you want to save money on and still sleep beautifully, this place is it. I enjoyed my stay! It’s very close to all the major tourist spots aswell!

We had a bit stressful arrival to the Venice because the hotel didn’t answer our calls (we were arriving around 8pm and had informed this earlier). Luckily there was a person to welcome us. AC was not working as good as it should (weather was 30+ degrees celcius and very humid). Overall the location was good.

The location is wonderful, although a little hard to find at first. There are so many restaurants and shopping in the heart of Venice. The staff was very nice and even stored our luggage after check out. I would highly recommend this property since it was a reasonable price.

Rooms on the second floor with a steep,carpeted staircase that was hard to maneuver. Front desk usually unmanned, no one to help with suitcases. Front door unlocked daytime. Hard to get into the tub. A good mid range hotel

Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It's next to a canal (of course) and bridge, and around the corner from a large square with some restaurants. Just away from the very busy touristy streets. Our room was large with a good size bathroom. Plenty of space to store our bags and clothes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Canal view excitement.

Quite a comfortable room and bed. Stairs to the room are a testiment to the age of the building. Watching the activity on the canal was a show in itself as the gondolieri expertly navigate the intersecting waterways. Room was excellent for location to so many good places for coffee and food.

This is definitely a no-frills room, at least ours was. But we did not get lost every time we went out and it was a quiet street. Also, staff was great at giving directions with a map and letting us leave our luggage. They could not have been nicer.
